MAKCONTROL 8000

Contains imported corrosion inhibitors to protect the internals of boilers and other heat transfer equipments by forming a protective film on the metal surface. It also prevents scale formation in feed water pipelines. Dispersants available in MAKCONTROL 8000 ensures quick mobility of sludge, which can be easily removed during blow downs.

It is a tailor made solution developed by MAKARA to avoid scale formation and corrosion in boiler internals and to protect boilers.

Many industries like sugar, paper and chemical use MAKCONTROL 8000 for their boilers including package types.

APPLICATION :

It can be dosed by gravity into the merceration water or any other suitable points depending on the mill design to allow effective circulation of the chemical to all parts of the mill tandem.

ADVICE :

Sugar mills are advised to use both biocides namely MAKQUAT 5000 and MAKCARB 9000 alternatively every 15 days as the bacteria would become immune to one biocide in longer usage.
